Hi Norton,

My firefox wants to upgrade to version 13, but its being reported this is not compatible with Norton Safety Minder, is there an update available?

Thanks for the inquiry.  The NOF team is currently working on the compatibility function with Firefox.

I"ll post a message in the thread when the update is available.

What functionality of NOF will not be available when plug-ins are incompatible.  I have FF13 and i see it is correctly blocking pages?

I'm newbie to this -- just curious to know what i would be missing when Firefox says incompatible plug-in

What version of Norton Safety Minder is on the PC?   You can determine this by clicking on the Norton Safety Minder icon in the System tray and selecting About Norton Safety Minder.

We have released an update for Windows Client of Norton Safety Minder with build number 2.3.0.20 through Automatic LiveUpdate.  The update supports Firefox 13.
