Help: Lost password and changed email, need to remove Family Online.

Hi,

My wife changed the password and has forgotten it for Family Online and we also changed internet providers so the email address has also changed. I have tried every password possible that my wife could have used with no luck. I have got Nortons 360 reset but need to remove family online from 2 computers to start again. Is it possible to remove the application from the computers without using the email and password log in?
