In order to use OnlineFamily.Norton, do I need to also use Norton AntiVirus?

 I want to use Norton's onlinefamily product. Must I use Nortons Antivirus solution to use the Onlinefamily product?

Norton AntiVirus is not a prerequisite to use Onlinefamily product (OnlineFamily.Norton). Both products are independent of each other.
