Norton Family

I've got a 3 computer license for NIS.  We set up Parental Controls on the laptop.  Now we're trying to do it on the desktop.  But when we try and register at step one, it won't let us do it as our email is already "registered" with the laptop.

How do we get past this problem?  We need parental controls on the desktop, too.

The registration is required only when you do not have a Norton Account. If you have already created a Norton Account on your laptop, you can use the same account to login and add your desktop to OnlineFamily.Norton account.
