My son likes to do a lot on Minecraft. And I have it unblocked. However, it seems that each time he wants to access another component(?) of the game i.e. urcraft.com, 206.217.207.1 I have to unlock each step. It's frustrating for him and for me. How can I allow all parts of a site like Minecraft or Runescape, as a whole?
Thanks. Michelle

Hi 3polarbr,
I assume you meant that Minecraft is on the allowed list, but urcraft.com and 206.217.207.1 are the URLs listed on logs and they are blocked. What categories are they listed at Activity -> Web?
Thanks,
Katie

Yes, that's what I mean. The specific URLs are uncategorized.

3polarbr,
I checked urcraft.com and it looks like a testing website (at least for now) and for IP addresses, they are normally rated as Uncategorized unless some known IP addresses.
Seems to me the Minecraft program uses some websites that are not under the Minecraft domain, so even though the website is on the allowed list, the URL from other sources are blocked as they are rated as Uncategorized.
If you unblock Uncategorized at Settings -> Web online, it should work.
Thanks,
Katie
