My daughter is on punishment and blocked from her favorite sites and she has found a way around it. She found a way to get to any site that she wants to and not be monitored or blocked by Norton. When she uses this method, it doesn't even show her activities or sites visited. I need someone to call me ASAP to discuss this. I need to know if this is a possible glitch or an oversight? Either way, I would like to know if there is a "fix" for this issue considering this Norton product is now useless since my 16 year old daughter has rendered the blocks ineffective.
I am just happy that she is honest enough to admit to me what she has been able to do and hasn't shared it with any of her siblings. Please contact me as soon as you can and I will be able to go into detail on how she is able to completely bypass Norton. Anyone else that wants to know and watch and make sure that your child is not doing the same thing feel free to contact me as well. I will say that she is still not able to get around it kicking her off at the designated time. That's somewhat of a plus, I suppose.

Please make sure your daughter's Windows account has non-administrator rights. Also, she is not supposed to know the OnlineFamily.Norton Account password.
I would be more than happy to setup a remote desktop access and work together with you on this. You're welcome to send me a private message or an email for details. You can find my email address at http://community.norton.com/norton/profile?user.id

I would be more than happy to speak with you about this issue in private. I assure you that my daughter does NOT have administrator rights nor does she have the Norton pw.
