NOF activity logs quit working yesterday morning. Have been using since last December and everything has been working fine. All machines show Norton Family Minder installed and working properly.

Thanks for reporting this to us. While we are checking into this issue, please provide the following information to help us investigate this.
1.Type of Operating System and version(for example, Windows XP SP3, Vista Home Premium SP1, etc…)
2.Type of Web Browser and version(for example, IE8, Firefox 10, etc) used by the children the parents.

The NOF team has corrected the issue with logs no long available. If you are still experiencing the issue, please let us know.
