Hi,
Can you try setting up the timezone of your preference.
1. Log in to Norton Online Family.
2.Click on the Manage Account link on the top right.
3. Choose the timezone in which you would like to view the activities and reports.
This should solve your problem. Let us know if it works for you.
Thanks,
Senthil

Thanks Axios. Might be chances that it is not considering the Day light savings.I will have the team work on a solution for this.
In the mean time can you set the timezone off by 1 hour, so that you can get to see the reports and activities with correct time?
Thanks,
Senthil

I still have the same "wrong time" in the report as of today. Why does Norton mark this issue as solved?

Hi james258,
I think the reason that the user marked the post as solved is Senthil's workaround worked him for now.
Have you got a change to try the workaround steps from Senthils?
Thanks,
Katie
