NSM doesn't block websites

Hello. So I've installed NSM a few weeks ago and now I observed that it doesn't block the website categories I selected in setings. How can I solve this? My OS is Win 7 and my antivirus is Avira.

Hi autoplayer,

 

It might be a compatibility issue with Avira.  Could you disable Avira temporarily for testing purpose and see if blocking website works?

I disabled avira and NSM works well yet. I will change the antivirus. Thanks!
