Need to uninstall Norton Safety Minder

Trying to uninstall Norton Safety Minder off son's pc.  Unforntunately I have had nothing but bad experiences with this on his pc.  I thought I was done with this program but found it still on his pc.  Can not remember the passwords to uninstall.  Please help.
