Hi, we monitor our daughters' accounts on two PCs.

They are on school vacation this week and using the PCs - today I noticed that, even though their logon time is being reported, I see no Web activity at all which I'm certain is incorrect.

Also, web site blocking doesn't seem to be working at all.  I checked the PCs remotely and NOF does display the "this PC is being monitored" notification, but the Web protection and reporting isn't working.

Hi klandingham,

Please make sure you have the option "Block the site" selected instead of "Monitor only" at Settings -> Web.

What happens when you try to access a blocked website?  The website is on the black list or the categories of the website is blocked?

Has the program ever showed any activity logs?
