No activity logs for accounts being monitored

My kids have been using the computer logged into their accounts and I can verify that the Symantec QuickMenu icon is showing as well as I tested accessing adult content and it was blocked.  The problem is that when I view the activity logs for all of my children it shows no activity or usage.   I installed safety minder last week and it does not show any activity.

 

Below is the system information.

 

Mac OSX 10.8

Norton Safety Minder ver. 3.0r17

Hi jdoolittle,

 

Besides blocking websites, Do other functions work, like Time restrictions? 

 

What browser(s) do the children use on the Mac?

I just turned on time restrictions...not sure if it is working or not?  I will dial them back and test.

 

My childred are using Safari.

I downloaded firefox for my mac...I didnt have it.  The version I downloaded is Firefox 15.0  

 

I received a note from norton saying that it only works with version 3.0 or later and not this version..I wont be protected?  This is the current free version.  I checked about Firefox and it says this is the current version.
