I uninstalled Firefox 15...downloaded Firefox 14.0.1 Adjusted time limits for child and saved changes. Logged in as child and updated safety minder house rules for child so that I shouldnt be able to access any websites because of current time. Opened firefox and was able to access multiple websites.

Still doesnt work...

The update for Mac that supports Firefox 15 will be released very soon. I'm sorry you have to reinstall Firefox 14.

Please check Firefox browser to see if the Norton Safety Minder Extension is enabled. You can find it by clicking Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions in Firefox.

I enabled safety minder and then activity logs and blocking started for 2 of my kids in both safari and in firefox. My third child only has blocking in and activity logs in firefox. All of the norton setting are the same for my kids. I ensured all have the same version of firefox and have the extension enabled.

So now my problem is...I cant restrict safari and it is not being blocked or logged. This is frustrating...as I am sure you can imagine.

How do I get the activity logs and blocking to occur on my third childs account? I removed her from the norton family then added her back and that didnt work.
