I tried to install Norton Safety minder and Norton on line. They used to work on my computer but now they don't. It seems that it isn't completely installed and I can't uninstall it. It notifies me when my son is web browsing something he shouldn't but it doesn't block it. I would like to install it and start over but they both won't uninstall or re-install. Norton on line asks for a password, but there is no place to enter one, just the gray box. The safety minder doesn't respond when I try to uninstall it. And I can't seem to reinstall or update them either. I tried unplugging the connection and that didn't help.
