Can any please help me with these problems please?
1. I don’t see any activity reported
I already re-installed the software in my computer, re-registered the computer and confirmed the kids account. I know it is working because the computer logs him off after his allowed use time ends.
2. I can’t extend the usage of the computer
My son was working on the computer and I needed to extend the usage time, but the software doesn’t recognize my password. I have already reset my password and it still doesn’t work. It became so annoying that I change the settings to give him a warning and still allow him to continue to continue to use the computer, but it is still logging him off and not taking my password.
I checked and he is logging into the correct account, on the correct computer etc…
Both problems are occurring continuously, pretty much since I installed the product on my PC.
HELP!!!

Hi Landhez,
You mentioned "I already re-installed the software in my computer" and when you try to extend the usage time, "software doesn't recognize my password". So my question is when you reinstalled Norton Safety Minder on the PC, did you use the same password as the one when trying to extend time? I assume the password worked fine for reinstalling (which requires the password to uninstall the program first), right?
