I have used online family with windows vista and it works well. I have a new laptop with windows 7 and it does not block out websites. It responds to time peramiters and the administrative page shows the computer is activated, so the computer is working with the software somewhat but not blocking out websites. It there a reason Windows 7 blocks websites?

What type of Web Browser and version(for example, IE8, Firefox 3.6.6, etc) do you use on the new laptop?

What Anti-Virus or Security product(s) are installed on the new laptop?

At me the same problem on Windows 7 Home Base.
At all aren't locked web the sites, all remaining works correctly. The computer notebook Sony WAIO, "antivirus Kaspersky Antivirus 2010". Process ccSVCHST.exe is added in Kaspersky in exceptions. We use only IE8 both versions: 32-bit and 64-bit.

Has reinstalled the NOF filter, has rebooted - all the same doesn't work.

Hi marinasm,

It seems like a compatibility issue.  I tested by installing Kaspersky 2011 and it disconnected the internet connection.  I'll check with QA and development team on the issue.

In the meanwhile, can you please disable Kaspersky temporally to see if you can search on the Web?
