I am trying to change my parent password in Norton Safety Minder and it won't let me.  I don't have the password because i failed to write it down.  I want to assign them to a computer.  It keeps asking me to download Norton Safety Minder, but I already have it downloaded.

Hi TinkB,

Please use "Forgot your password?" on the login page https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/loginStart.fs.  You will receive a temporary password and get a chance to change it to a new password.
