Norton online framework

HI

 

I'm trying to install Norton Safety Minder but I get ' this version of Norton Safety Minder needs Norton online framework to be installed first.'.  I've tried several times,  I'm running Windows 7 and Norton 360 latest version.  Hope you can help,
