No idea what kind of phone he has, but under Messaging Options it shows Monitored. Is there a way I can send screen shots to show what I am seeing?

That would be very helpful if you could send us a screen shot of the page.

On the "Post Message" page in the forum, you can post images by clicking the icon "Insert/edit image"

I have uninstalled and re installed and I still have the same issues. Everything on the device is fine, it is something on the site/reporting server that is the issue. I have removed it from the phone permanently, and installed another app called My Mobile Watchdog. It has worked 100% since install and the reports are accurate and real time. I wish this product was better supported but oh well, 29.95 and lesson learned.
