I just installed registered for NOF and installed NSM. Everything went smoothly.  When I check web activity it shows nothing.  I didn't think it was doing anything at all, but searches are now showing up in the Search tab, so I know something's working.

What do I need to do to be able to see web activity?

In case it's hepful:

Mac OSX 10.6.8

Firefox, Chrome, and Safari are all installed. 

Firefox is the browser I've been using. 

The Firefox extension Norton Safety Minder for FIrefox 2.1.10r113 is running.

Hi respiraahora,

It normally take about 5 minutes for the Web logs to show up at Activity - Web online.  How long ago did you visit these websites?

What version of Firefox is on the Mac?  Can you please try Safari to see if the Web logs appear?

I have now been online for a few hours since I installed the software.  Nothing has shown up yet.

What version of Firefox is on the Mac?

FIrefox 14.0.1

Can you please try Safari to see if the Web logs appear?

I tried Chrome before I wrote my original post and its activity hasn't shown up.  I switched to Safari about five minutes ago and nothing has shown up yet in the Web log, although Google searches done in Safari show up just as they do with Firefox.

What version of Safari is installed on the Mac?  Have you seen any Web activities when accessing them via Safari so far?

The version of Safari is 5.1.7.

Still no web activity shown for any of the three browsers, but searches are showing up fine.

Please make sure the extension for Firefox is enabled –  it may show up in the list of extensions you have installed, but not be enabled.  Clicking enable on it to see it helps.
