I am new to Norton Online family and was setting up a computer for my grandson. I purposely went to a porn site and it was rejected. I went to the reporting site online and tried to remove the fact that his account had gone to that site. In the process, I clicked on a link to the "Is This Website Safe" page that listed that porn site,
https://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=yuvutu.
and clicked on the text "Is this site safe" expecting to read what Norton had to say about it. Appearently what I did made it "safe" It is a porn site. I can't figure out how to put it back as a blocked site.
Can some Norton expert or forum administrator fix this, ASAP. Then post what I should and should not have done.
I am deeply sorry, and I hope this can be fixed rapidly before any child goes there.

Hi ptlycldy99,
No worries ![]()
The Norton SafeWeb product is different from Norton Online Family. Norton SafeWeb detects if the websites are threats like viruses, phishing or spyware. One of the features that the product of Norton Online Family provides is to block websites according to the categories of the websites and if the websites are on the block or allowed list.
So you have done nothing wrong here. Let's say you have rated the website incorrectly by accident, We have a team will check into all the reports and re-evaluate all the websites.
Thanks for the post.
Katie
