This is what i get when I got to sign into Norton Safe web. Even after I clicked on the link in my e mail from them. And I also get a Application Error: "The server is not available at this time. Please try again later. If this problem persists please contact technical support" when I go to sign into my Norton account.

To be clear here you are going to www.mynortonaccount.com and trying to log in and it will not work?
When did you create your norton account?

The please activate your account is for Norton Safe Web. That is what I get when I go to sign into there.

Ok that helps.
This forum is for Norton Online Family and not Norton Safe Web.
However if you have a Norton Account, which it sounds like you do, try and log into www.mynortonaccount.com and tell us if there is an error there.

No error there when signing in. And I know this is for the norton family but I could not find the one for Norton Safe Web.
