This is what i get when I got to sign into Norton Safe web. Even after I clicked on the link in my e mail from them. And I also get a Application Error: "The server is not available at this time. Please try again later. If this problem persists please contact technical support" when I go to sign into my Norton account.

Ok that helps.
This forum is for Norton Online Family and not Norton Safe Web.
However if you have a Norton Account, which it sounds like you do, try and log into www.mynortonaccount.com and tell us if there is an error there.
