Norton Family

I am receiving 2 to 6 reports per minute about my daughters internet activity.  This problem started yesterday.  I've beern using Online Family for several months now.  How can I report the problem to Norton?  does someone actually monitor this forum?  I would like to get this soved quickly as it is stuffing my inbox with lots of junk.

1. Could you forward several of  the email reports to me?  You can find my email address at http://community.norton.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15038

2. Since you didn't get the reports so often before, have you made any changes to the settings online lately?

3. What version of Norton Safety Minder (NSM) do you have on the PC?  You can find it by clicking NSM icon in the system tray and selecting About Norton Safety Minder
