Grandson is in trouble so I restricted his internet time, set the hours to 0 for weekday and 0 for weekend. Now I see that he's been logged in for several hours now. I went and checked the settings and they show as above, but the log shows that he is on the Internet and shows the sites he's been visiting.
What is going on?

Please make sure you have the latest version of Norton Safety Minder installed on the PC, which is 184.108.40.206 and you can determine this by right clicking on the Norton Safety Minder icon in the System tray and selecting About Norton Safety Minder.

If you select from 6PM to 10PM for "Range of hours blocking Kid1 from using the computer", that means the kid is not able to use the PC during the period of time.
Please check the link below for details on how to set time restriction.

It's possible that Norton Safety Minder has not been installed on the PC successful if you don't see the icon, a dog paw in the system tray.
Please reinstall Norton Safety Minder from the Download link on page https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/login
After reinstalling NSM, please check again to see if the Time restriction works. If not, please let us know with some details.
