Trouble seeing Safe Mode notifications

We are having trouble with our computer's safe mode notification component of Norton Safety Minder. The user in question was able to boot under his account in safe mode, but we did not receive a notification of the user starting in safe mode. Prior threads in this forum have said that the normal sequence of events would send a notification in this event, we just had a couple of questions:

- Is this notification an option we have to activate?

- Is this notification something we can view on the parent account if no email was sent?

- Where would this notification be found?

Our family is currently using the free version of the software.

What Operating System is running on the machine?

What browser and version does the child use on the machine?

What settings do you have for the child at Settings -> Notify online?

What settings do you have for the child at Settings -> Notify online?

Adult, Tobacco, Filesharing, blocks all on. IM monitoring Search monitoring no time restriction

Thanks for the update. Can you also please let us know the settings you have for Notify at Settings -> Notify online?

To avoid and limit the possibility to tamper/disable the system, we recommend parents to give non-administrative rights (limited or restricted) to your child’s user account.
