Unable to browse in IE9 after installing Norton Online Family

I am setting up a new computer with Windows 7. After installing Norton Online Family, I am unable to browse in IE 9. I can still browse in Chrome and send/receive email. As soon as I remove Norton Online, I can browse again. Tried to downgrade to IE 8, but its not available for Windows 7.

 

Any ideas?

Norton Safety Minder supports IE9.  What security product is installed on the PC?
