I'm unable to register at https://onlinefamily.norton.com. It keeps saying: An error occurred while trying to create new account.

Can someone please help me?

I just tested it and was able to register an account at https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/registerStart.fs.  Please try again and tell me which page you were on when you received the message.

Please check the date on your child’s PC (Start/Control Panel/Date and Time).  The reason it fails to register your PC with OnlineFamily could be the certificate is not valid.  Please make sure the Year on the PC is set correctly to year 2009.
