Hi,

I tried to install Norton Safety minder and Norton on line.  They used to work on my computer but now they don't.  It seems that it isn't completely installed.  It notifies me when my son is web browsing something he shouldn't but it doesn't block it.  I would like to install it and start over but they both won't install.  Norton on line asks for a password, but there is no place to enter one, just the gray box.  The safety minder doesn't respond when I try to uninstall it.  And I can't seem to reinstall or update them either.  I tried unplugging the connection and that didn't help.
