my kids are using there tablets and I am not able to see them online.

When they were first installed, I saw a green icon next to each picture.  Now gone.

Also the Time activities are not tracking hours.

All other activities are working fine.

Please help

What Operating System is running on the tablets?

What kind of tablets are they?

Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall Norton Safety Minder on the tablets?
