I have seen several discussions but have not seen a real resolution to this issue. We have 5 computers running NOF ranging from Win XP to 7. All computers started suffering from slow internet browsing about 1.5 months ago. The only solution I have come up with is to turn off NOF, which is not a good solution when our kids are surfing. We are at 2.3.0.20, but were previously at 2.3.0.19 when issue was noticed. We also run Norton Internet Security. Can anyone help with a real solution? If not, I may need to dump this sofware and find another one.

Hi TRLaw,
The team is working on the issue. You mentioned you have Norton Internet Security on the PCs. Do you also have any other security product(s) or other parental control programs running on the PCs?
Also, what browser(s) and version(s) are used on the PCs?
Thanks,
Katie

Norton Internet Security and NOF are the only security product and parental control programs in use.
We are using IE 8 and 9 and Firefox 13.0.1
ISP is FIOS and using their issued access point/wan modem.
Is there any kind of ETC for resolving the issue? And is there an easy way to update ourselves on the progress on this issue? NOF site does not offer much technical info.
Thanks,
TRLaw

TRLaw,
Thanks for the additional information. I'll pass them to the team.
As soon as I get an update on the issue, I'll post a message in the thread.
Thanks,

Hi Axios,
On the Window 7 PC, what Service Pack is installed machine? You can find it by going to Start -> Control Panel -> System and Security (or System). If you don't have any service pack installed, you won't see anything on the page.
Do you also have IE and Firefox installed on the PC? Do you see the same results when using them?
Thanks,
Katie
