My kid made me uninstall Online family because the launch of his runescape launcher was blocked.  Message said it could not reach site check firewall.  It worked fine when I removed Norton software.  I had turned off all web blocking and the log said www.runescape.com was allowed?

1. When you get the message it could not reach site check firewall, do you see any websites indicated being blocked at Activity -> Web online?

2.  For testing purpose, if you have all categories allowed at Settings -> Web online, is the child able to use runescape?

no url is indicated in warning message

In the web tab all urls are shown as allowed

even when i turned web blocking off this happened

It seems he is using some type of runescape launcher, is their some sort of app blocking?  he has admin rights.

Problem only disappeared when Norton was uninstalled

Please provide the following information, so we can investigate the issue further.

1. Type of Operating System and version(for example, Windows XP SP3)

2.Type of Web Browser and version(for example, IE9)

3.Norton Safety Minder Version (you can determine this by right clicking on the Norton Safety Minder icon in the System tray and selecting About Norton Safety Minder). 

4.What Anti-Virus or Security product and version is installed on the PC?
