Will it work when child takes laptop to another house and connects to internet?

My child takes his laptop to his grandparents and connect to the internet.  Will it still work when he is on a different network?

--  It won't work if your child uses a different computer at the grandparents house. But it will work if your child is using his own laptop on a different network.
