Your username or password is incorrect

I'm trying to log into Online Family and its not recognizing my username and password. So I ask it reset and follow the prompts - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Help? I can't log in and change my house rules. Whats up with that? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance, I'm using Google Chrome on Windows 7 Michelle

Are you able to log onto your Norton Account at https://www.mynortonaccount.com using the same email address and password?

Yes I can.  Using Chrome.

I'm trying to use the login area from the Norton Internet Security 2012 platform.  For some reason, it launched using Firefox this last time and it worked.  Maybe its Chrome that's the issue?  

I have no idea why/how it launched Firefox - as I primarily use Chrome for internet browsing.

I'm logged in and I don't want to log out and risk not being able to get back in. 

 

Thank you for your reply.  I tried to use the Virtual Agent and didn't get anywhere - and I didn't know where else to turn.

The main webpage for Norton Online Family is https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/loginStart.fs.  Are you able to log onto your NOF account from this page?

Hmm.  Yes I can!  (thank you for the direct link - I'll just bookmark that).

I won't bother trying to log in via Internet Security 2012 platform any more - that seems to be my issue.
