child can disable Norton Safety Minder plug-in in IE9

After logging in to the child's account, I noticed that it was possible to disable the Norton Safety Minder plug-in inside Internet Explorer 9 (Windows 7) just by clicking tools and manage plug-ins.  What use is Safety Minder if the child can disable it?

Hi bobsauers,

 

The program monitors such action and reports the behavior to the parents.  You can see the message at  the Activity page once you logon your Online Family account.
