Hi harry10,

Could you restart your PC to see if it helps?

Thanks,

Katie

Re: child logged out

This is a curious issue.  I want make sure that I understand your issue clearly in order to reproduce it.

1.  You log into your child's computer that is monitored by Safety Minder (computer 1) .
2.  You log into the Online Family website and monitor the activity of computer 1 using computer 2.
3.  You notice the message stating that child 1 has logged off computer 1.
4.  You continue to get monitored activity on the website using computer 2.

Is this correct?   Although you receive the message stating that your child has logged off, does Safety Minder still function, recording all other monitored activity?

If you can answer this additional questions that would be great.
1.  Are you using domain accounts?
2.  At any time does the computer go into a power saving mode?  (suspend/hibernate)
3.  At any time does the user log off?
4.  Is the computer always connected to the internet when powered on?

[ Edited ]

The summary of what is happening is exactly right.

1=what is a domain account?

2= The pc is connect to the mains supply all the time

3= doesnt log off only shuts down when finished with the pc

4=yes always connected

Yesterday when i booted his pc up i got the message straight away but all activity is being reported
