Thats a bit like asking a household door lock manufacturer what they plan to do about someone breaking in the window.  

If you want to be totally safe online, you need to "air gap" your network and your computer.   Google it.   Anything less and you start looking at acceptable level of risks.

Of course if Norton designed a computer and OS from the ground up, it might be possible, but even then, someone would find a way around it.
