I have tried to sign in to my online family account several times in the last two weeks. Each time I get a server error and am not allowed to sign in. Is the server down sporadically? This is frustrating because I need to change some of my children's accessibility and settings.

Hi tomstribe,

Please post a screen shot of the error message that you are getting when you're trying to log onto the account.  We are able to log onto the account without any problems.
