Hi everyone, I'm new here and would like some help regarding Norton Online Family Safety version 1.2.2.2. I have lost my password and can not seem to uninstall or reset it. Would anyone know what to do, I tried contacting norton chat but they suggested I post here. I have Windows 7 installewd and Norton Internet Security 2009.

actually I did some searching and I found a previous post. so silly me. I didn't see the button that says forgot password. Anyways this is a great product
