norton online family is blocking this Uncategorised site

i have set NOF to block Uncategorised sites and have this site in my "allow" list, but still it blocks the site

i contacted norton chat support and using remote access a technician "fixed" the problem by unchecking Uncategorised sites. when i pointed out that this now allows all Uncategorised sites, and asked what the purpose of the Allow list was, he went through the settings, set them back as they were before, and the site was no longer blocked. we thought the problem was solved but as soon as he ended the session and i checked again, the site is again blocked. please can someone advise? i am not sure the technicians know what they  are doing given that this one thought he fixed the problem by unblocking the entire category.

I tried the same site by adding in the whitelist and blocking Uncategorised. Able to visit the page. .

Can you check whether computer houserules are updated immediately when you update the rules in the website. On updation you will be receiving a notification dialog in the taskbar saying "Your Norton Safety Minder rules have been updated.

If you haven't seen this dialog, Click on the taskbar trayicon --> select "Update House rules" to update your house rules.

i tried it again. when i click Update i dont get a notification in the taskbar, but on the NOF site below the icons of my kids i get a mesage saying "your settings have been updated successfully" but site still blocked.

i then updated house rules via the system tray icon - no notification in taskbar that rules updated, and site still blocked.

anything else i can try?
