I'm having the same problem.  When I try to install Norton Online Family it says that the installation cannot be completed because Norton Online Framework needs to be installed first.

I'm having a similiar.  I'm trying to install Norton Safety Minder and am told I need Norton Framework.   Can you also send me the message.  I thought I had already installed on the computer but am not getting any information in Online Family.  How can you confirm if  Norton Safety Minder is installed.
