same error for me.  had to reinstall internet security.  Now cant reinstall safety minder.  Get an error about needing framework first.

Thanks but tried and failed. even went beyond the instructions and removed any trace of norton first, even though i'd never used any other norton product before on this pc before attempting to install this software.
