I keep getitng these messages that plug ins are disabled......all the settinsg look fine tho...so...is it being monitored or not...I have not seen activity since friday even tho he has been on line

Hi lin22,

Please check the browser(s) that your child uses to see if the Norton Safety Minder add-ons is enabled.  You can find it by clicking Tools -> Manage Add-ons in IE or Tools -> Add-on in Firefox. 

Even though the add-on is turned off, the program still monitors and blocks  websites. 

If all the settings are fine and Norton Safety Minder is active for the child's Windows account, please make sure the child doesn’t log onto the PC using a account that is not being monitored.
