server error

I keep getting a server error when I try to access Online Family to check activity. It has been this way all day. I was wondering if this is just on my account or if it was the whole system? Help Please... Thanks

This is the error message:

Re: server error

what's happening with the site? Can't get to the home page at times and updates are not reflected on the site or the client computers...

Re: server error

Any update on the site issues? Can't update blocked/allowed sites and client computers not functioning properly.

Re: server error

This is happening to me as well. Has been like this all day. I just set this up on my son's computer yesterday and it worked perfectly. Today, nothing. Please give us an update on this situation. Thank you.
