Windows 7 32-bit, SP1; IE9 all updates; Nvidia drivers up to date
Problem: When browsing and a webpage having boxes to fill opens, the Norton popup usually appears [but not always].
As long as this popup is open, the browser content does not scroll properly using either the scrollbar or the mouse wheel. [Removing MS Intellipoint does not fix it.] Closing the popup ends the problem and scrolling on the page again acts properly.
The scrolling problem causes the browser content to steak vertically and to overlap other parts of the content so that links and menus within the page content are unusable. This all ends when the Norton Toolbar popup is closed.
Please advise the developers to fix it.
