Hi Jo,

You can use your production NA to login here in our Identity safe beta and it would work and the beta norton accounts will not work here. You can directly create a new test NA & Vault from your NIS 2012 production and you can use it for testing IDSS.

understood this NA & Vault thing, thanks.

But the problem is not if the beta account works or not with IS beta.

The problem is that for this login IS beta does not autofill the login fields when this website and login is selected from Nrton Toolbar menue or from browser with URL.

Can you please let us know what is the website(URL) for which the login fields are not getting filled?

We are unable to reproduce this issue. It works fine for us here in all browsers.

What is the browser you tried?

Hi Prasanna,

virtual pc with german xp sp3 and IE8, FF10

after uninstall Identity Safe beta, restart und re-install it worked with FF10 and with IE8
