https://identitysafe-beta.norton.com/ is the web portal for Norton Identity Safe.

When you click on "Sign In" link from the portal and login to your Norton Account and Online Vault you can see all your

vault contents(Logins, Cards, Notes) in the webportal.

 Regarding the Web portal opening in the same Tab - We are already aware of this issue and tracking it with a defect.
