Multiple systems and browsers

Do I need to download the tool bar for each browser on each system that I have for Identity Safe?

Re: Multiple systems and browsers

Only one install is needed per machine.  For each browser that the toolbar is compatible with you'll see it automatically.  Does that help clarify things?

Re: Multiple systems and browsers

It does, with the exception of Chrome. I see the toolbar now in Firefox and in IE but don't see it or any way to enable it in Chrome. Checked Extensions but didn't find it there.

Re: Multiple systems and browsers

Are you using the 32 or 64 bit version of Chome?

Re: Multiple systems and browsers

I'm using Windows 7 64 BIT but I have looked eberywhere on the Chrome Browser but can not find that info. On 'About Google Chrome' I see 16.0.912.77m but nothing that would indicate 32/64.

Re: Multiple systems and browsers

That's quite strange that it's working for Firefox/IE but not Chrome. The only thing that I can think of is to restart your Chrome browser as a browser restart is required after the install of Identity Safe. Otherwise there might be some issue with the install. Have you had other Norton product installed before?

Re: Multiple systems and browsers

That was it--I thought I had closed and reopened Chrome, but did not realize I had oter instances of Chrome open but minimized. Thank you! I closed all and reopened and the tool bar is there.
