I have read everthing I can find on this problem and nothing has helped so far. It is check marked and it is enabled. It is not visible. I also read that a couple other Norton files should be enabled. They are not. If the other files need to be enabled, could someone explain how to do this?

Hi Bop,
If you are using Internet explorer,Try to go to >
Tools menu (Alt + T) > Internet Options > Advanced > Enable Third-Party browser Extensions is Checked.
