The web link is not working for me at the moment. You might like to check it Alejandrita.

Interestingly (well it is for me) the above link still does not work in Chrome even after reboot/clear cache etc. However if I run in "incognito" mode - it works! Now why should an identity safe web page only open in "incognito" mode. ..... One for the philosophers I suspect.

Is this US only? Links only point to US app store for Mac and there is nothing on the iOS App Store.

The PC/Macs version will work anywhere. The iOS App. is only available in the US (for now, looking into posting to other locales shortly). The Android App. is available in a long list of markets. Where you at?

Ditto here.
First, Alejandrita, congrats on this milestone.
I'm new here, having gotten the press release and gone to the identitysafe.norton.com site to download the product. As that's my introduction to the product (again, I'm new here), I was unable to download the product. Hitting the download link on that page, I get sent to the "osNotSupported" page -
Oops. Looks like we don't yet support your Operating System.
This is from Mac OS X 10.7.3, and I tried using the built-in Safari 5.1.5, as well as Google Chrome 18.0.xxxx.
The, um, icing on the cake is that an attempt to use product support to work this problem was unsuccessful. I used the "Chat" function, which resulted in a short conversation with an agent who then had to send me to the Mac-specific group... and then I received the 21st century equivalent to being "disconnected": the app said that I was being transferred, but there were no further messages for 10 minutes, and attempting to type into the app produced "you are not connected to any agent". My second attempt was using email; the respondent said that "I understand you are unable to install the product" (not exactly true), "we do not support beta software" (you tell me whether this applies), and "the product installs without difficulty under Mac OS X 10.7" (which I presume is correct - if I could download it).
This might well not be the right place to post this. I'm certainly not participating in the beta (though I'd be happy to do so in the future), but as you are a member of the product team I thought you might want to know of the difficulties that a GA user had encountered.
I look forward to trying the product. I look more forward to being able to recommend it to non-technical users that I support - but won't be able to do so if the level of assistance I get in the future doesn't improve from my first experience. Thanks so much for reading this.

My situation is somewhat similar to the last Post.
Over one week ago, I experienced a problem with loading the App into my PC.. I sent a message via this Forum to "Norton" and received a serties of replies that requested various information. I responded with all the info that I could. This went on for several days - until mid-week last - and then, silence. I have not had a response to my last request for one and still am unable to load the App. If this is indicative of the Support that we would receive from Norton for their products....better it happens at the beginning than after we allow ourselves to become dependant on them....right???
This could be an excellent App for all Users....but, it is necessary for communication to occur in order that it be as close to flawless as possible.
Yours truly,
loksch

I have been informed by someone in the support organization that the Mac version of the product has been "discontinued", "for now".
