I imported data from a csv file and they appare on the norton id toolbar as logins but when I login through my android 2.3.6 phone or iphone 4 running ios 5 I seem unable to see any logins?

Hi,

Can you just logout & login again to your NA & Vault on your mobile and then check if your logins are shown? This is just to check if it gets synced that time and will help in narrowing down the issue.

Hi,

To add to Prasanna's suggestions, make sure that you don't just have a local copy but that you have your logins sycned with the online vault - otherwise they won't show up in the mobile apps.

Do you use your Norton Account when login in to IDSafe? If not, it means that you do not have your logins synced with the online vault.

Here are instructions on how to set up an online vault. If you don't have NIS installed, you can also access the IDSafe settings through the IDSafe toolbar in your webbrowser.
